Richard Reddington has smacked it out of the park with a second, more casual restaurant in Yountville. Redd Wood is the most north restaurant in the downtown Yountville area, on Washington Street. Tucked inside North Block Hotel (FKA Hotel Luca), Redd Wood offers fresh, seasonal cuisine at affordable prices.
They have updated the menu since our last visit, click HERE to see what they’re currently serving up– we’re thinking of heading back up to try some of the following:
-Asparagus, prosciutto cotto, taleggio, red onion & farm egg
-Sausage, rapini, chili, pickled pepper, tomato & smoked mozzarella
-Pappardelle, rabbit, savoy cabbage & parmigiano
- Fried brussel sprouts & cauliflower
- Wolfe ranch quail, creamy polenta, spinach & Apricot agrodolce
